Unauthorized Salvadoran citizenship certificate issued to Moses Berglas (b. December 17, 1900 in Rymanow), his wife Blima Berglas (b. January 1, 1904 in Brzozow) and daughter Annabelle Berglas (b. September 17, 1933 in Vienna) by George Mandel-Mantello, First Secretary of the Salvadoran Consulate in Switzerland and sent to their residence in the children's home 34 rue des Patriotes, Brussels.

Moses, Blima and Annabelle Berglas survived the Holocaust and are registered in the Survivor's Registry.
