Unauthorized Salvadoran citizenship certificate issued to Seligmann Bar Bamberger (b. September 9 , 1918 in Schoenlanke), his wife Rachel Judith (nee Broner) Bamberger (b. May 4, 1922 in Antwerp) and their son Moses Arje (b. May 22, 1943 in Brussels) by George Mandel-Mantello, First Secretary of the Salvadoran Consulate in Switzerland and sent to their residence in Brussels.

Seligmann and Rachel Bamberger both survived the Holocaust.
