Unauthorized Salvadoran citizenship certificate made out to Zoltan Fisch (b. February 3, 1891 in Budapest), his wife Irene (nee Mannheim) Fisch (b. August 7, 1893 in Zenta) and son Otto Robert (b. June 12, 1925 in Budapest) by George Mandel-Mantello, First Secretary of the Salvadoran Consulate in Geneva and sent to them in Budapest.

The certificate arrived too late to help Otto Robert who was already in a forced labor brigade, but his parents, Zoltan and Irene received it. One day, Zoltan left their apartment without the paper and was arrested. Irene however survived in hiding with the certificate.
