The panel reads "Are Legitimate... 'It fills us with pride to have as many pregnant women as possible' - Dr. Fritz Nonnenbruch [14th] July, 1940; 'The childless woman- whether married or not- is an incomplete member of the Greater German Reich' - Dr. Alfred Rosenberg, 1930"
