The left panel explains earlier Germany history to provide background information leading up to World War II.

The right panel is titled "'A Lower Race Needs... Less Food' Dr. Robert Lay."
"'Whoever else starves... it will not be the Germans' Hermann Goering"
"It is estimated by the Greek Red Cross that, during the first two years of German occupation, 110,000 children have died of starvation and epidemics in Athens and Piraeus alone. nine out of ten new-born babies in Athens die of starvation."
Pictures are shown of people standing in food lines in Brussels and Norway.
