Alfred Rosenberg sits in the French National Assembly where he is giving a major address.
Among those pictured are: Helmuth Knochen (Commander of the secret police in occupied Paris), Hugo Sperrle (Luftwaffe general), and Otto Von Stulpnagel (Military commander of France).
The following have also been identified: third from right: SS-Brigadefuehrer Dr. Harald Turner (in German Army administration official uniform in his capacity as Chief of the German Military Administration in Paris), and at far left in the foreground: SA-Obergruppenfuehrer Friedrich (Fritz) Pfeffer von Salomon (in the uniform of a Kriegsverwaltungsvizechef), who served from October 25, 1940 to March 1, 1941 as Deputy Chief of the Administrative Staff to the Military Commander in France.
