    Biography
    Colonel Wilbur G. Dockum (1891-1976) served in World War I and was one of Gen. George Patton's under commanders during World War II. He was with the 692nd Field Artillery Battalion of the US Army and served in the European theater of war. He is buried in Arlington National Cemetery.

    These 16mm films shot by a U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel (the uncle of donor Pam S. Manix) were donated to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in February 2002.
    Note
    Original film title card: "1939. Washington D.C. 1939. Isles of Shoals. Marblehead" (The Isle of Shoals is a tourist destination off the coast of New Hampshire.)
