    Description
    Film depicts various activities leading up to the staging of the 1929 Reich Party Day. Frequent titles give names of people shown and other information.

    01:00:35 Prominent people involved in the production and distribution of the Nazi newspaper "Voelkischer Beobachter." Franz Pfeffer von Salomon works in his office as various party members (including Philipp Bouhler and Heinrich Himmler) enter, confer with Pfeffer, and leave. People work busily in the paper's offices; the newspaper is distributed by SA men. Also shown: Max Amman, Alfred Rosenberg, and Hermann Esser, all identified by intertitles.

    01:07:26 Motorcycles, cars, buses arrive at a meeting point. Hitler arrives.

    01:09:16 Preparation of quarters for the participants, including huge wagons of hay that will be used in the men's quarters. Train after train full of smiling, waving party members in uniform. They carry flags, banners, camping equipment.

    01:14:27 Hitler, accompanied by Julius Streicher, appears in the doorway of the train station. Lots of activity as Hitler rides down the street in the back of a truck.

    01:15:55 Interior view of a hall filled with Party Day participants. Gregor Strasser opens the ceremonies; shots of people, including Goering, leaving the hall.

    01:18:34 Nighttime rally and fireworks display. Hitler, Hess, other leaders sit ready to watch the show.
