Description: Contains selected records relating to German occupation in the Novgorod region from August 1941 to January 1944. Includes records relating to the extermination of Jews, Roma, Soviet civilians, and prisoners of war; records of evacuation, and lists of population. Also contains pre-war records on liquidation of synagogues and their transformation into medical facilities.
