- Rectangular paper stamp with perforated edges. Front has a graphic design in olive green ink. The central image is of a dexter eagle with outstretched wings, atop a pedestal, holding in its talons a wreath with a swastika. Denomination 30 is printed to the left and the right of the pedestal. The brown/green border has German text in white and swastikas in the upper left and right corners. Background is white with thin olive green lines. Reverse is covered with aged yellow adhesive. Stamp is not canceled.
