Conditions on Access: This material can only be accessed in a Museum reading room or other on-campus viewing stations. Court cases from the Landesgericht Krems (State Court in Krems) are closed for 50 years after the starting year of a given case (the year used for the file and on the electronic folders). Therefore, all cases from 1954 to 1969 are publicly accessible under fair use restrictions as of January 1, 2020. Research access to cases that still fall under the 50-year restriction require written permission from the the Landesgericht Krems.
