    A Russian woman, born in 1921, discusses her experiences in Smolensk (Smolensk Oblast), Russia before and during WWII; the bombings; the German occupation of Smolensk; the convoys of POWs; how before the war Jews were working in the administration; the ghetto; the murder of Jews and POWs; her theory as to why Hitler wanted to exterminate Jews; and her belief that there will be another war.
