Above him, from left to right are: Walther Frisch (Dresdner Bank); Max Warburg (vice-chairman of the Zentralverband); Otto Bernstein (general secretary of the Zentralverband); and Eduard von Eichborn.  Below Eichborn sits Dr. Fraenkel.
