It reads:  To Zvi Lopianski, You are cordially invited to a celebration of "Tifferet Bachurim"  group on the fourth day of Av, Sunday, August 15, 1943, 6 p.m. Asat #8.  Respectfully, the Secretariat of (unreadable)

Tifferet Bachurim (literally the splendor of youth) was the name of the religious boys school in the ghetto. Rabbi Ephraim Oshry, head of the ghetto's delousing unit, instructed the boys in Talmud, prophets, law and "musar", spiritual self-improvement three to four hours a day.  Mr. Lopiansky, to whom the invitation is addressed, was a supporter of the school and responsible for safely hiding religious books and artifacts in his barn.
