- Summary
- Inspired by the real life heroics of Nicholas Winton who saved hundreds of Czech Jewish children from the Nazis. The Silberstein's are a large and close knit extended family living in Czechoslovakia. Believing in the decency of mankind, they don't pay heed to the Nazi threat. They finally realize the true horror of what is coming, but it is too late. Making the toughest possible decision, they must decide if they will turn their young son, David, over to Nicholas and risk never seeing him again.
