- Summary
- Tells the story of Mrs. Hans Snoek, a 90 year old Dutch dancer, who has dedicted her life to helping people. In addition to her many charitable and artistic contributions to Dutch society, Snoek hid Jews in her home during World War II and was recognized as Righteous Among the Nations. The film focuses on an Oct. 2000 trip to Israel that she made with her husband. In Israel, she met one of the women whose life she saved, visited Yad Vashem, and visited a dance school in a kibbutz. At the end of the film, Snoek realizes a childhood dream, when she conducts the Israel Philharmonic.
