- In the wasteland where the Sava and Danube rivers meet are the ruins of a tower, a remnant of the old fairground and site of a Nazi concentration camp between 1941 and 1944. Through conversations with people who know about the past and present uses of Staro sajmište , the filmmaker explores the question of what should be done with this complex place in the heart of Belgrade, Serbia.
