Overview
- Summary
- Looks at the development, testing, use and effects of the V1 and V2 rockets. For a time the V1 pilotless flying bomb caused much destruction in the south of England before countermeasures were developed. The more powerful V2, the first intercontinental ballistic missile, was perfected too late to alter the outcome of the war.
