Overview
- Summary
- Cardinal O'Connor talks about the Holocaust and Nazi Germany. He notes that Christian-Jewish relations today depend on understanding that Hitler used the Holocaust to destroy both Judaism and Christianity and in this way to destroy God. He reads an essay he wrote for the 50th anniversary of Kristallnacht, when synagogues and Jewish businesses were destroyed and many persons killed.
