    Summary
    Mr. Wiesel speaks about the violence of the 20th century and how indifference has led to many of the atrocities of the century, including the Holocaust and the current crisis in the Balkans. After his remarks, President Clinton reacts to the comments by speaking about U.S. involvement in the NATO mission in Yugoslavia and about the need for civil society. Following the presentations, Mr. Wiesel, President Clinton and Mrs. Clinton answer questions from the audience and the Internet audience.
