- Originally founded in Germany in 1934 to help children impoverished by the Nazi Regime, the Blue Card was re-established in the United States to help Holocaust survivors and their children. This video contains the stories of several Holocaust survivors including their testimonials of the valuable help given to them by The Blue Card, Inc.
