- Commissioned by Adolf Hitler, Triumph of the will is the official film record of the sixth Nazi Congress at Nuremberg in 1934. A classic in movie making and editing techniques, and in motivational propaganda, this film shows troops of Hitler youth at play, ranks of laborers, parades of Storm troopers, close-ups of Hitler, and exalts Nazi unity in Germany. Told visually with little dialog, but speeches of Hitler, Hess, etc. are in German with no captions.
