    Film Provenance
Anthony "Tony" S. Brooke was a U.S. Army Signal Corps cameraman who was in George Stevens World War II film unit. George Stevens gave his crew 16mm color film stock and small handheld cameras to capture whatever they could, in addition to the official black and white footage they were shooting for the Army. Mr. Brooke came home with one roll of that color footage. Mr. Brooke's daughter, Ricki-Ellen Brooke, donated that original 16mm film to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in August 2006. After serving in this elite film crew, Mr. Brooke produced countless films and national commercials.
