CU, three seated on bench, heavy white coat on. CU, on stretcher being taken away (smoking). Jeeps/trucks driving away, soldiers wave. From above, LS, camp square, barracks. People scattered around, walking. View directly down of civilians in square. MS, soldier walks by camera, in front of small stack of mostly naked corpses, winding a little camera; same pile, different angle, different soldier, crosses left. MS, sign in Polish, English, Russian, French, four flags above: "Grateful Czechoslovaks greet armies of liberty." Soldiers cross by FG. LS memorial/monument "KLB 51,000" wreath. Fifteen men seated in front. Sleeping man lying on hay; barbed wire in FG; two other sleeping prisoners (on hay). Haggard man crouching by break, cups scattered, gesturing; cut to him and second man stirring pot over fire. Three men (healthy-looking) seated on rail in front of banner: "Formed the Antinazifront! Remina the millions of the victims murdered by the Nazis! Death to the Nazi criminals!" Boy prisoner pumping bike wheel; CU, same. VCU, boy (bandaged head) speaking off camera, eyeglasses. CU, young slouchy boy scrubbing rag. MS, two men in stripes seated in bed. VCU, one man, chin in hand, speaking. VCU, man with thin face speaking. LS, empty Siemens factory, rubble, sky watchtower and electric barbed wire; man walks by. Bombed out barracks still standing. LS, civilians gathered together, funneling in, in line, well dressed. CU, "MO Police" checking papers of two women. CU, crowd, old woman, two women with little kids. CU, two children.
