Personages include: Hon. Ernest Brown, Minister of Labour; Hon. William George Arthur Ormsby-Gore, Secretary of State for the Colonies; and Hon. Alfred Duff Cooper, First Lord of the Admiralty. Shots of Big Ben. More members arrive, including: Lord Parmoor; and Charles Alrred Cripps, Member of the House of Lords. Scenes of streets, traffic, pedestrians, and members of Parliament approaching gates. St. Stephen's Tavern in BG of several shots. Big Ben.
