It is not clear from the cameraman's dope sheets, but the scene at 02:20:34 might include Sir Charles Tegart (with soft hat), an expert on terrorism from India to reorganize and advise Palestinian police, speaking to an intelligence officer and the scene at 02:20:51 might include Gen.
