    Description
    (Munich 663) War Crimes Trials - Subsequent Trial Proceedings, Case 11 (Ministries Case), Nuremberg, Germany, December 20, 1947. CU, judge announcing that the court will hear the arraignment of the defendants. CU, an officer states that the defendants will rise when their names are called and answer the questions put to them by the Tribunal. MSs, CU, Brig. Gen. Telford Taylor at lectern. MCU, CU, Dr. Elisabeth Gombel, Bohle's assistant defense counsel, explains that the defense counsel, Dr. Ernst Achenbach, cannot attend due to the death of his secretary and chauffeur. She speaks in both English and German. MSs, the defendants plead "not guilty" to the charges and appear as follows: Ernst von Weizsaecker, Gustav Adolf Steengracht von Moyland, Wilhelm Keppler, Ernst Wilhelm Bohle, Ernst Woermann, Karl Ritter, Otto von Erdmannsdorff, Edmund Veesenmayer, Hans Heinrich Lammers, Wilhelm Stuckhart, Richard Walther Darre, Otto Dietrich 02:26:30, Gottlob Berger, Walter Schellenberg, Lutz Schwerin von Krosigk, Emil Puhl, Karl Rasche, Paul Koerner 02:28:28, Paul Pleiger 02:28:40, Hans Kehrl 02:29:12. (Defendants who do not appear in this reel: Otto Meissner).
    Note: Some scenes of the men pleading to the charges are out of focus.
