Soldiers riding in horse-drawn carts on way to front, Patterson and officers watching from jeep. Officers interrogating prisoners. CUs, men eating. 03:15:23 Partisan General Peko Dapcevic with an American official (Gen Dapcevic became Tito's chief of staff). They leave in an automobile.
