Steve Bennett collection
Consists of one 4-page letter, dated 20 June 1945, written by Dean A. Bennett, 10th Armored Division, United States Army, to his wife "Ruthie;" one envelope, adressed to Mrs. D. A. Bennett and Son from Sf Sgt. D. A. Bennett; and one photograph of Dean A Bennett in uniform, kneeling in front of a military vehicle in Camp Gordon, Georgia (USA). In the letter, Sgt. Bennett describes conditions in Dachau concentration camp shortly after liberation, and discusses finding the "Koks Raum 2" key.

Bennett, from Germany; Mr. Dean Bennett Served in the 10th Armored Division as 1st Staff Sergeant; he found the key probably in Kaufering camp, near Dachau; c. 1940-1945.
