- Two rectangular metal plates hinged together and held closed with metal clasp; exterior, embossed lattice design with "BR" enclosed in square design on recto at upper left corner; interior, covered in gold paint with textile band to hold cigarettes attached to left plate and "Camp Buchenwald/11.4.1945" engraved at center on right plate.
