The ledgers contain personal data: first and last name of a patients and names of their parents, age, religious denomination, whereabouts, occupation, marital status, kind of illness or disease, date of admission and discharge from the hospital, who financed the treatment, number of days spent in the hospital, total costs.

This material can only be accessed in a Museum reading room or other on-campus viewing stations. Restrictions on access refer to the entire collection RG-15.413. Third parties are required to obtain the written consent of the Director of the Archiwum Państwowe w Warszawie Oddział w Grodzisku Mazowieckim to access these files. The Museum staff may access these records without special permission.
