Declaration; issued by II Komisariat Milicji Obywatelskiej; stating that Mieczyslaw Flaum is living in Krakow, Poland at Plac Wolnica, number 14, and has been liberated from the concentration camp Auschwitz, prisoner number 15044, and has registered himself with this police station as he has no documentation; Krakow, Poland; dated February 19, 1944.
