- Contains a birth certificate for Siegfried Schaffer (donor's father), born in Niebylec, Poland on 12th of April 1893; a certificate stating that Henia Booth (donor's mother) was born in Błażowa, Poland, in 1898; a matriculation diploma issued to Henia Booth in Rzeszów in September 1921; Ketubah of donor's parents dated July 3, 1927; correspondence; a family book in which the names and birthdates of all the children are registered; a Kinderausweis issued to Susi Schaffer on February 20, 1939, and other documents concerning the Schaffer family.

Schaeffer family papers
Document
Contains a passport issued by the Polish Consulate in Hamburg to Helena Schaeffer, dated December 9, 1936; includes visas to the UK and USA and transit visas to France and Belgium. Also includes a vaccination certificate dated May 23, 1937 for Susi Schaeffer; two marriage certificates issued to Siegfried Schaeffer and Helena Both in Koln on June 8, 1927; a naturalization certificate issued to Sidney Schaeffer on February 25, 1946; and a naturalization certificate issued to Susie Schaeffer on February 25, 1946.
