    Source of acquisition is the Esti Riigiarhiiv (Estonian States Archives), formerly the EstTsGaor (Estonian Central State Archive of the October Revolution), in Tallinn. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the collection from the Estonian State Archive via the United States Holocaust Museum International Archives Project in April 2010.
