Collection Summary
The collection consists of a sculpture, The Lost Child, created by Vera Meisels in the postwar period and photographs relating to the experiences of Vera and her family in Presov, Czechoslovakia, and in Theresienstadt concentration camp before, during, and after the Holocaust. Some of these materials may be unified into a single collection in the future.
Provenance
The collection was donated to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in 2010 by Vera Meisels. Accretions may have been added.
