- Medallion issued to Marta Hafner by the US Army. Marta Hafner was deported to Transnistria. She survived under the false identity Constantata Dumitrescu and worked at the Jagendorf Foundry. After the war she worked as a secretary for the US Army and married Cpl. Eugene Rothlauf in 1946. She came to the United States in 1947.

- Medallion; gold colored metal disc with the Great Seal of the United states at top of center; the supporter of the shield is a bald eagle with its wings outstretched ; with bundle of arrors in left talon anhd olive branch in right talon; eagle holds a banner in its mouth; round seal with 13 stars above eagle; "E E FARNSWORTH / COLONEL. GSC. / EXEC. OFF / 25" below eagle; "HO. U.S MILITARY REPRESENTATION - A.C.C / PERMANENT EMPLOYEE" medallion is mounted on red felt background; framed with a gold-painted wooden frame; brass plaque loose inside frame, engraved "APO 777 / BUCHAREST ROMANIA / 9-24-1945" frame is backed with brown paper; hanging wire attached to metal ring at either side of frame
