Source of acquisition is the Bibliothèque de Documentation International Contemporaine (BDIC), France. In June 2007, Comité inter-mouvements auprès des évacués (La Cimade) entrusted a major part of its historical archives to the BDIC, which has been responsible for conserving the documents and making their existence known in national data bases. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the collection from the BDIC via the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum’s International Archives Project in March 2013.
