    The materials were compiled by the Main Archive Directorate of the USSR Council of Ministers in 1989. After translation by Oleg Montau of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Learning Center, the documents were forwarded to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives on 01 July 1991.
