- The donor obtained the materials in this collection from a variety of sources: the photos and negatives are from a source unknown to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, as is the photograph of a prison document, originated by the Ministerul Afacerilor Interne. The photocopy of printed pages derives from a book by Matatias Carp. Radu Ioanid of the Museum staff originally routed the material to the Collections and Acquisitions Department, which turned it over to the Archive via intramural transfer in Aug. 1991.
