    The Louis W. Collier papers consists of material related to Louis W. Collier's experiences as a member of the American occupying forces in post-war Europe, particularly his role as director of the Werl-Westf. displaced persons (DP) camp for non-Jewish Poles in Germany. Includes correspondence with his family; photographs; a bound, handwritten log of camp activities illustrated with photographs; and a photo album of handmade crafts.
