- The records were copied by Radu Ioanid and Scott Miller at the National Archives in Sept. 1997 as part of an ongoing project to identify NARA sources of information on Jews in Romania during the Holocaust. Additional photocopies will be added to collection periodically as more record groups are examined. No Donor Agreement or Deed of Gift is necessary.
