- Contains typewritten biographical sketches of Eugenia Rosen's husband, Isaac Rosen (born Izak Rozen), parents-in-law, Mordechai and Ida Rozen (a.k.a. Ida Rosen), and father, Lucian Schulz (a.k.a. Lucian Szulc), with a reference to Helen Kleinman Markfeld who was cared for by Mrs. Ida Rosen in Auschwitz concentration camp and survived.

- Eugenia Rosen wrote the sketches in October 1994 for the National Archives; she sent a copy to the Registry of Holocaust Survivors in June 1995. The Registry transferred it to the Archives in Sept. 1997.
