Freda (Dvora Frieda) Silberberg Wineman, born in 1923, discusses her childhood in St. Etienne, France; life under the Vichy government; being arrested along with her family by the "Milice" in May 1944; being sent to Drancy concentration camp and deported to Auschwitz concentration camp; her experiences in Auschwitz, Birkenau, Bergen-Belsen, and Theresienstadt concentration camps; and her postwar life in France and England.
