- "The Melon Rind" is a chapter in Dragoslav Jurisic's autobiography, "Icons of life." He sent a copy of the chapter to Anthony DiIorio, then of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Oral History Department in Aug. 1992. Dr. DiIorio, in turn, passed the work on to United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. At the time Mr. Jurisich signed a Donor Agreement with United States Holocaust Memorial MuseumA (01 Mar. 1992), "Icons of life" remained unpublished.
