- Source of acquisition is the Polish State Archives in Białystok. Urząd Wojewódzki w Białymstoku (Provincial Administration of Białystok, Poland), Sygn 71. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received copies of the microfilm by exchange via the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum International Programs Department in December 1998.
