- The collection consists of copies of a typescript memoir in English and Polish, circa 1945, entitled "It only works three times"; a photocopy of a poem titled "Birkenau" with translation; a photocopy of a news review from an unknown publication about Eugenia Halbreich's memoir; a poem titled "It hurts"; one photograph, and one photocopy of a photograph of Henryk Sperber, Eugenia Halbreich's brother; and a list of decorations awarded to Polish resistance fighters after the war by President Boleslaw Bierut.

Eugenia Halbreicht (née Sperber) is a survivor of Auschwitz. She testified in a Polish court in Krakow for th Committee Examining Crimes Perpetrated by Hitler.
