The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum's International Archives Project exchanged the microfilm with the Yad Vashem Archives in Jerusalem, Israel. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the microfilm in Jan. 2003.

This material can only be accessed in a Museum reading room or other on-campus viewing stations. Reserchers must sign a user declaration "Besondere Verpflichtungserklaerung".
Conditions on Use
Reserchers may not publish any materials without the express permission of the City Archives, and will adhere to the City Archive's user regulations (Benȕtzugnsordnung fȕr das Wiener Stadt- und Landesarchiv) and the Vienna archival law (Wiener Archivgesetz) as stipulated in Article III section 3.
