    The United States Army Counter Intelligence Corps records were certified by Rolf Wallerstein in Nuremberg, Germany. The papers were donated to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in 1989 and 1990 by Mira Wallerstein, the sister-in-law of Rolf Wallerstein.
