Fred Weinman (Fritz Simon Weinmann), originally of Magdeburg, Germany, emigrated from Germany to the United States in 1939. The memoir describes his pre-war experiences in Germany and his emigration experiences. Includes copies of photographs from the life of Fred Weinman.
