Issued to Ruth Hanna Bieber (donor's sister), January 1939, Berlin, Germany. The identification card was acquired by Hanna Bieber Parker after her sister's death in Oct. 1989 and was donated to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum by Hanna Bieber Parker in 1996.
